There is not a fix available from Distech’s SmartInstaller that addresses the Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 issue(s) regarding the loading of PX pages. Niagara Central has posted a patch consisting of a web.jar file that addresses the issue available at the following link:
If you do not have a Niagara Central account just click the sign-up link from the login page and Tridium will email login credentials to you very quickly. (and its free)
The above patch information addresses Internet Explorer issues with Tridium AX versions 3.5 and 3.6 only.
The current AX version (3.7) has fixed the Internet Explorer issue, and when accessing PX pages using AX versions 3.5/3.6 we simply use the Chrome browser to open web PX pages with acceptable results.
